GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Scope and Target Audience
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Frequency Database. The service is divided into a section for private users and a restricted section for professionals as defined in § 2 HWG (specifically physicians, alternative practitioners, and therapists). By registering for professional access, the user expressly confirms that access is being used for professional purposes.
2. Scope of Work
- Provision of a visualized database based on CAFL/NCFL frequency structures.
- Frequency Analysis (Reverse Lookup): Provision of a tool to compare isolated frequencies with public databases.
- This service is intended solely as an analytical and informational tool to support the application of frequency technologies (e.g., Rifetech).
- The database is under continuous development. There is no guarantee that all existing CAFL data will be immediately complete; additions are made on an ongoing basis.
- For professionals, an AI-supported assistance system for creating draft treatment plans is also available as a separate add-on option. Each verified therapist receives an initial allocation of 3 free trial drafts for this purpose.
- For reasons of data protection and data hygiene, newly generated drafts (from both the frequency analysis and the assistance system) are initially stored in a temporary area and automatically deleted by the system after 14 days, unless they have been explicitly reviewed, approved, and transferred to the user’s personal permanent archive.
3. Disclaimer and Personal Responsibility
No Medical Advice: The contents of the database and the outputs of the AI assistance system do not constitute a medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment recommendation. No promise of a cure is expressly made.
User Responsibility: The decision to use specific frequencies is the sole responsibility of the user or, in a professional context, the treating physician or therapist. The provider assumes no liability for results, consequences, or any damages resulting from the use of the information provided, the results of the frequency analysis, or the plans generated by the AI.
4. Copyright and Rights of Use
The database is protected as a database work pursuant to Section 4 (2) and Section 87a (1) of the German Copyright Act (UrhG). The user is granted a simple, non-transferable right to access the database. Any form of systematic reproduction, disclosure of access data to third parties, or automated extraction of data (“scraping”) is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
5. Prices, Payment Terms, and Cancellation Policies
The following monthly prices (including VAT) apply to the use of the platform:
- Personal Access: 19,98 €
- Professional Access: 39,98 €
- Premium Assistance System: 30,00 €
- Combination Package (Professional Access incl. Premium Assistance System): 69,98 €
The subscription to the Premium Assistance System is an additional service for professionals and can be canceled completely independently of the regular professional access. To pay the package fees, we offer payment via PayPal, as well as SEPA direct debit and credit card (the latter two are processed securely through our payment service provider, Stripe). Each subscription may be canceled by either party at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be done easily through the user portal, in writing (e.g., via email), or by canceling the automatic payment agreement (direct debit authorization) directly with the respective payment service provider (e.g., in your PayPal account).
Any loyalty bonus or grandfathering provision (such as a lower price for booking the protocol analysis before June 1, 2026) is tied to the uninterrupted subscription to the Combo Package. If, after upgrading to the Assistance System, you decide to cancel it later in order to switch back to the basic Log Analysis Package, this grandfathering provision will expire. In the event of such a downgrade, the regular, current price of 39.98 € per month will apply to the Log Analysis Package. The same applies to a complete cancellation of all subscriptions: If you re-register at a later date following a complete cancellation, any entitlement to previous introductory rates or special conditions will be forfeited. New subscriptions are always subject to the regular prices in effect at that time. Unfortunately, due to system limitations, it is no longer possible to switch back to the old rate conditions at a later date.
6. Platform Availability
The Provider strives to ensure high platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access (e.g., due to maintenance work or technical issues beyond its control).
