SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE & STUDIES ON FREQUENCY THERAPY

The Foundation of Evidence: The Power of Clinical Data

When evaluating physical therapy methods, we do not rely on mere speculation. To transparently demonstrate the effectiveness of frequency and microcurrent therapy, we draw on a solid foundation of peer-reviewed studies and clinical meta-analyses. These scientific publications provide modern medicine with objective evidence of the cellular mechanisms of action.

An Overview of the Most Important Studies

EF-14 Study (Stupp et al., 2017) – Tumor Therapy Fields (TTFields)

This Phase III study demonstrates that alternating electric fields (200 kHz) can extend the median overall survival in glioblastoma patients from 16.0 to 20.9 months.

Meta-analysis by Peng et al. (2020) – PEMF and Bone Healing

An analysis of 22 RCTs shows that pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF) significantly increase the fracture healing rate to 79.7% (control group: 64.3%).

Martiny et al. (2020) – T-PEMF for Depression

Study of transcranial PEMF therapy as an adjunct to medication. Among patients with episodes lasting less than two years, 30% achieved complete remission.

Comprehensive Meta-Analysis on TENS (2024) – Pain Management

Based on 381 studies, a significant reduction in pain was demonstrated immediately during or after TENS application compared to placebo.

Pilot RCT by Pereira et al. (2025) – FSM for Stress

Frequency-specific microcurrent (FSM) led to a significant reduction in somatic symptoms and negative emotions following six sessions in individuals experiencing high stress levels.

Muresan et al. (2022) – Bioresonance for Depression

This study showed a significantly greater improvement on the Hamilton Depression Scale with bioresonance compared to SSRI monotherapy.

Sutbeyaz et al. (2009) – PEMF for Fibromyalgia

Low-frequency PEMF significantly improved function, pain intensity, and fatigue in patients with fibromyalgia syndrome.
