Note on Independence: We are conducting this analysis project as independent researchers. We have no business or organizational ties to the manufacturers of the devices discussed here (in particular, not to Rifetech s.r.o.).
3. Data Collection on Our Website
Server Log Files: For technical reasons, data such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time, and IP address are stored in server log files. This data cannot be linked to specific individuals and is used to optimize the website.
Cookies and Consent Management: We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. You can find detailed information about exactly which cookies we use and how you can manage your consent in our separate Cookie Policy (EU).
Contact Form: The information you provide in the contact form, including the contact details you enter there, is stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) of the GDPR.
Registration and Subscriptions (User Accounts): If you sign up for a paid or free subscription on our site, we collect the data necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g., name, email address, selected plan). For professional communities, we also collect professional qualifications and address information for verification purposes. This data is stored in your user profile (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).
Temporary drafts (Frequency Analysis & Assistance System): If you use the AI assistance system or the Frequency Analysis, the generated drafts are initially stored temporarily in our database. For reasons of data hygiene and data minimization, this data is automatically and irrevocably deleted after 14 days, unless you explicitly approve it and transfer it to your personal permanent archive (Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 5(1)(c) GDPR).
Personal note feature for registered users: We offer registered users on our platform the option to create and save their own private notes on individual frequency logs. The text you enter in this context is stored in your personal user profile in our database. This data is strictly confidential and cannot be viewed by other users. This data is processed based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) and to fulfill our contractual obligations (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) in order to provide you with this personal documentation feature. You can delete or edit your saved notes at any time on your own within the respective log. When you delete your user account, all associated private notes are also automatically removed from our database.
Internal User Chat: We offer registered members an internal chat area for professional and personal communication. If you use this feature, the messages you compose, timestamps, and connection data are stored in our database to provide you with a message history across your devices. This data is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to unrelated third parties. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract). We expressly point out that you are personally responsible for ensuring that you do not enter any sensitive patient data (such as real names or direct health data of third parties) into the chat while using the service.
Public Therapist Directory: If you, as a member of the professional community, expressly consent to public visibility in your profile settings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), selected profile data (e.g., name, address, website, qualifications) will be published on our platform in the Therapist Directory and made visible to third parties. You can revoke this consent at any time in your profile.
Payment Processing (e.g., PayPal): To process payments for our premium subscriptions, we share your payment information with the designated payment service provider (e.g., PayPal). This processing is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Payment processing via Stripe (including credit card and SEPA direct debit): If you choose a payment method offered by the payment service provider Stripe, payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. We will disclose the information you provide during the ordering process, along with the details of your order (name, address, account number, bank routing number, credit card number if applicable, invoice amount, currency, and transaction number), to Stripe in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Your data is transferred exclusively for the purpose of processing payments—in the case of a SEPA direct debit, for the lawful processing of the debit—and only to the extent strictly necessary for this purpose. Confidentiality Since we are an independent project, your inquiries and profile data are processed exclusively by us. Your data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes, in particular not with Rifetech s.r.o. | Czech Republic or other device manufacturers.
4. Analytics Tools and Plugins
Independent Analytics: We use this tool to analyze website usage. Unlike traditional services, the data is processed locally on our server and is not shared with third parties (such as Google). No cookies are set that allow for identification across different websites.
Google Analytics, Maps & Ads: If you have given us your explicit consent via our cookie banner, we use services provided by Google Ireland Limited. In doing so, data (including a truncated IP address) is transmitted to Google. The purpose is to analyze website usage, display map content, and measure the effectiveness of advertisements. KI-Assistenzsystem & Frequenz-Analyse (Google API): To enable the functionality of our “Frequency Assistance System” (generation of draft therapy plans) and the frequency analysis, we use a secure application programming interface (API) provided by Google LLC. This enterprise-level API is subject to particularly strict data protection guidelines. The data you enter is processed there only temporarily and is expressly not stored or used to train AI models.
However, for fundamental security reasons, the following applies: Important Note for Therapists: Please never enter patients’ personal data (such as real names, dates of birth, etc.) into the assistance system’s input fields. Use only general medical terms or descriptions of symptoms.
Specialized WordPress Tools:
- Paid Memberships Pro: Used to manage your subscriptions and profile access.
- Complianz (Einwilligungsmanagement): Documents your cookie consents in compliance with legal requirements.
- Pods: Used to structure our database content.
- Relevanssi: Improves the search function. Search queries may be stored anonymously.
- Password Protected: Sets a cookie for protected areas.
- Better Messages: Enables the internal real-time chat system for our members.
5. Social Media
We maintain profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.When you visit these profiles, data is processed by the respective providers, possibly even outside the EU. Please use the platforms’ opt-out options to limit data collection.

You have the right at any time to receive, free of charge, Information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correction, restriction, or erasure of this data. You may contact us at any time regarding this matter or any other questions about data protection.
Right to Object: You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with future effect (Art. 21 GDPR). You can adjust your cookie settings via our Cookie Policy.
